Jenna holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University and completed her undergraduate degree in Clinical Kinesiology at Western University. Her clinical approach is built on helping people return to the activities they enjoy most, using a combination of therapeutic exercise, hands-on techniques, and education so that patients understand their condition and feel confident in their recovery.
Jenna’s experience spans a wide range of settings and populations. She has worked and volunteered as a physiotherapy assistant at both a sports clinic and a hydrotherapy facility, and her clinical placements gave her the opportunity to assess and treat athletes, the general population, joint replacement patients, and patients with cardiopulmonary and neurological conditions. In turn, Jenna takes a whole-body approach to care, considering how each part of the body works together to support movement and recovery.
Growing up, Jenna played lots of sports, with soccer being her favourite, and that background shapes her passion for an active lifestyle. At Western University, she carried that passion for movement as an executive of the Exercise is Medicine club, where she helped promote physical activity to other university students. Today, she enjoys running, hiking, skiing, travelling, and a good coffee shop.
Having recently moved to the area from Ottawa, Jenna is excited to explore Kelowna and the surrounding outdoors!
