Hello Peachland! I’m Ali, a Venezuelan/Canadian who recently fell in love with the stunning landscapes of British Columbia after moving here in August 2022. Growing up, I was always on the move, playing multiple sports, and while knee issues kept me from going pro in soccer, I’m thrilled to say I’m now in my early 30s, still playing at a highly competitive level—completely pain-free!
For the past eight years, I’ve been working as a Myofascial Stretch Therapist, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the incredible benefits of this powerful manual therapy. Whether it’s getting you back to lifting weights, playing sports, running your business, or simply enjoying life with less pain and more freedom of movement, I’m here to support your journey.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me organizing the NRG Run Club, playing soccer, continuing my studies and research at UBC Okanagan, or spending time outdoors with my wife. Community and the great outdoors are everything to me, and I’m excited to be a part of yours!
